Insert the calming ampoule, excluding the cap, into the groove on the top of the cooler and turn clockwise to attach. 3. While holding the ampoule vertically, press the button on the top. The ampoule will emerge from the bottom of the cooler. 4. Apply an appropriate amount to the entire face and massage in until absorbed.
